/KASE, September 10, 2024/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
it acquired a 40.0 % stake in the Private company Beineu Petroleum Limited as
of September 9, 2024.
