/KASE, 04.07.24/ – As reported earlier, on July 4, 2024 the Listing Commission
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of
Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) in the official list of KASE in
the “bonds” category of the main platform:
- KZ2C00011583 (BRKZb38; 1,000 KZT, 50.0 billion KZT; 9 years 3 months,
the first coupon – 1 year from the first circulation date, then – a
semi-annual coupon, 6.00% p.a.; 30/360);
- KZ2C00011575 (BRKZb39; 1,000 KZT, 50.0 billion KZT; 9 years 3 months,
the first coupon – 1 year from the first circulation date, then – a
semi-annual coupon, 12.00% p.a.; 30/360).
This decision of the Listing Commission takes effect on July 4, 2024.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
