/KASE, July 1, 2024/ – Shubarkol Komir JSC (Karaganda), with its shares on
the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that its
annual general meeting of shareholders will start on August 2, 2024 at 12:00
p.m. with the following agenda:
- approve the 2023 annual financial statements of the company;
- approve the procedure for distribution of 2023 net income of the company;
- 2023 dividends, amount of dividend per common share of the company;
- study the issue of shareholder appeals against actions of the company and its
officials and results of their study.
