Audit LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial
statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial
position of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC and its subsidiaries as of
December 31, 2023, as well as their consolidated financial performance and
consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date subject to the IFRS.
