/KASE, April 29, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since April 29, 2024 trading in common shares US3453708600 (sector "KASE Global", F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes with the participation of the central counterparty, the settlement date of which falls on May 8, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be May 8, 2024.
