Trading in common shares US1491231015 (CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar suspended on KASE since December 26

/KASE, December 26, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since December 26, 2023, trading in common shares US1491231015 ("KASE Global" sector, CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on January 22, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the said shares will be January 22, 2024.
