Trading in common shares US7170811035 (PFE_KZ) of Pfizer Inc. suspended on KASE since December 21

/KASE, December 21, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since December 21, 2023, trading in common shares US7170811035 ("KASE Global" sector, PFE_KZ) of Pfizer Inc. (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on January 26, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the said shares will be January 26, 2024.
