/KASE, December 13, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since December 13, 2023, trading in securities ETF US35473P6786 (sector "KASE Global", FLGB_KZ) Franklin FTSE United Kingdom ETF (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on December 18, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be December 18, 2023.
