KASE SUMS UP RESULTS OF COMPETITION AMONGST RETAIL INVESTORS IN STOCK MARKET

/KASE, November 22, 2023/ – As previously reported, from October 10 to November 10, 2023, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) held a competition among retail investors in the equity market. The event was aimed at popularizing the stock exchange trading in Kazakhstan. The competition was attended by individuals who are clients of brokerage companies – members of KASE's stock market. The list of financial instruments available to competition participants included shares of KASE Index and shares of the KASE Global sector. More than 130 retail investors took part in the competition. As a result of the competition, its participants concluded 5,448 transactions worth 485.9 million tenge. Three winners of the competition, who received the maximum yield based on the results of transactions with shares during the period of its implementation, were awarded valuable prizes. [2023-11-22]
