are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE

On November 1, 2023, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service
for the second time during this year upgraded the following ratings of the
Bank:
- Long-term rating on deposits in national and foreign currencies to Ba3 from
B1;
- The Bank's short-term deposit rating affirmed at NP;
- Base creditworthiness rating was adjusted to b1 from b2;
- Base creditworthiness rating to b1 from b2;
- Long-term counterparty risk rating to Ba2 from Ba3;
- Short-term counterparty risk rating affirmed at NP;
- Long-term counterparty risk assessment to Ва2(cr) from Ba3(cr);
- Short-term counterparty risk assessment affirmed at NP (cr)
Outlook remains Positive.
