/KASE, October 3, 2023/ – An initial offering of common shares KZ1C00001148 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", PHYS) of Phystech II JSC (Aqtau) through subscription to them was carried out today in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). "SkyBridge Invest" acted as the seller during the subscription to these shares. 13,650,000 shares were offered. As part of the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Subscription orders were accepted on October 3, 2023 from 10:00 to 10:30 o'clock, Astana time. In total, one order for purchase of 13,650,000 shares (100.0 % of the supply) was submitted to the trading system, which was considered active at the time the order collection end. The price in the submitted order was 1,000.00 tenge per share. The total demand under the active order amounted to 13,650,000,000.0 tenge. Based on the results of the subscription, the order for purchase of 13,650,000 shares at a price of KZT1,000.00 per share was executed.
