KASE's internal document "Methodology for Determining Liquidity Indicators of
Securities", Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) approved September 2023
lists of first, second and third liquidity class shares, depositary receipts and
securities of investment funds selected from those listed on KASE (hereinafter –
Securities lists).
The lists of securities were approved by a decision of the Committee for Indices
and Indicators (the Committee) dated August 23, 2023 and generated in order to
apply the norms of KASE's internal documents to the securities contained in
them.
The first liquidity class securities list valid from September 1 to September 30,
2023 consists of 52 securities. Compared with the current list of securities of the
first liquidity class, which was formed for August 2023, the list includes:
1) common shares US70450Y1038 ("KASE Global" sector, PYPL_KZ) of
PayPal Holdings Inc.;
2) shares US4642872422 ("KASE Global" sector, LQD_KZ) of iShares iBoxx $
Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF;
3) common shares US4581401001 ("KASE Global" sector, INTC_KZ) of Intel
Corporation;
4) common shares US30303M1027 ("KASE Global" sector, META_KZ) of Meta
Platforms, Inc.;
5) shares US4642895118 ("KASE Global" sector, IGLB_KZ) of iShares 10+
Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF;
6) units KZPF00000058 ("securities of investment funds" sector, BCCI_cc) of
IUIT "CenterCredit-Valutny" managed by BCC Invest JSC - a subsidiary of
Bank CenterCredit JSC;
7) common shares US02376R1023 ("KASE Global" sector, AAL_KZ) of
American Airlines;
8) common shares US7170811035 ("KASE Global" sector, PFE_KZ) of Pfizer Inc.;
9) common shares KZ1C00001213 ("unlisted securities" sector, KASE) of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC;
10) units KZPF00000140 ("securities of investment funds" sector, FHJIpc) of
IUIT "allEM" managed by First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC.
The following securities were removed from the first-class liquidity list, which was
formed for August 2023:
1) units US78468R6633 ("investment fund securities" sector, US_BIL_) of
SPDR Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Month T-Bill ETFs issued by SPDR Series Trust;
2) common shares US4781601046 ("KASE Global" sector, JNJ_KZ) of Johnson &
Johnson.
