/KASE, July 17, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from July 18, 2023 trading in common shares US3453708600 (sector "KASE Global", F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on July 25, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be July 25, 2023.
