/KASE, June 30, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since June 30, 2023 trading in common shares US57636Q1040 (KASE Global, MA_KZ sector) of Mastercard, Inc. (US) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as a central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on July 7, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trades were suspended subject to sub-clause 10) clause 1 article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for conduct of exchange activities" due to information of the KASE that on July 7, 2023 the register will be fixed for payment of dividends on the specified shares.
