/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from April 24, 2023 trading in common shares US5949181045 (sector "KASE Global", MSFT_KZ) of Microsoft Corporation (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on May 18, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be May 18, 2023.
