Listing commission of KASE decided to include bonds KZ2D00009354 (FNACpp2) of "Finaccord Limited" Private company in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, February 3, 2023/ – On February 3, 2023, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2D00009354 ($100,000, $150.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, 4.00 % APR; 30/360) of "Finaccord Limited" Private company (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) FNACpp2. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-02-03]
