Development Bank of Kazakhstan and China Construction Bank Corporation conclude agreement on opening line of credit

/KASE, September 16, 2022/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release dated September 16, 2022:

As part of the state visit of the President of the People's Republic of China Xi
Jinping to the Republic of Kazakhstan on 14 of September, Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank, DBK) and China Construction
Bank Corporation (represented by China Construction Bank Corporation Astana
branch, hereinafter referred to as Astana branch of CCB) signed an agreement on
the provision of a credit line.
The funds received within the credit line will be used to finance projects in
Kazakhstan. The credit line availability period starts from the moment of
signing the agreement and lasts for two years. The term of the loan is three
years from the date of loan’s receipt.
The signing of the agreement is provided by a strategic cooperation agreement,
which was concluded on June 29 on the sidelines of the Astana Finance Days
2022 in Nur-Sultan.
