Listing commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2P00008477 (FINQpp1) of FinQ in "Private placement" market of KASE official list

/KASE, June 24, 2022/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 24, 2022 decided to include bonds KZ2P00008477 (1,000 tenge, 3.0 bn tenge; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360) of FinQ LLP (Almaty) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list. The date of coming into force of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FINQpp1. The main activities of FinQ LLP – carrying out of factoring operations, investment activities based on its own assets. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-06-24]
