Trading in common shares US20825C1045 (COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips will be suspended on KASE from June 24

/KASE, June 21, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from June 24, 2022, trading in common shares US20825C1045 ("KASE Global" sector, COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips (USA) will be suspended on KASE. At the same time, from June 21, 2022, trading in these shares on KASE will be suspended in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on June 28, 2022 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be June 28, 2022.
