/KASE, March 11, 2022/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated March 10, 2022, the following amendments to the
internal documents of KASE were approved:
1) changes and additions No. 4 to the Listing Rules;
2) changes No. 3 to the Procedure for carrying out Listing Procedures.
These amendments came into effect on March 11, 2022.
The amendments were made in order to optimize listing requirements and
determine the procedure for admission of ETF securities to the "KASE Global"
sector and their circulation in this sector.
