BCC Invest relinquishes status of market-maker on KASE for common shares of seven titles

/KASE, January 26, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), as of January 26, 2022, BCC Invest JSC - a subsidiary of
Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, in the heading – BCC Invest) is released from
performing the duties of a market-maker on KASE for the following common shares:
1) US30303M1027 (sector "KASE Global", FB_KZ) of Meta Platforms, Inc.;
2) US88160R1014 (sector "KASE Global", TSLA_KZ) of Tesla, Inc.;
3) US0231351067 (sector "KASE Global", AMZN_KZ) of Amazon.com, Inc.;
4) US1729674242 (sector "KASE Global", C_KZ) of Citigroup Inc.;
5) US4781601046 (sector "KASE Global", JNJ_KZ) of Johnson & Johnson;
6) US64110L1061 (sector "KASE Global", NFLX_KZ) of Netflix Inc;
7) US00206R1023 (sector "KASE Global", T_KZ) of AT&T Inc.
This decision was made in accordance with article 3 of KASE's internal document
"Rules of market-makers' activities" due to the voluntary refusal of the market-
maker from the said status.
