/KASE, December 30, 2021/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 30, 2021 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00008204 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 4 years; quarterly coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) of MFO "Rangeld Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of MFO "Rangeld Finance" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 29, 2021 for the amount of KZT3.0 bn.
