The main criteria for admitting shares to trade in the "KASE Global" sector are the following: - the issuer and the shares being included are registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state; - the shares are included in the official list of the stock exchange and/or are in the representative list of indices determined by KASE for these purposes. Currently, this list includes two stock exchanges – NASDAQ, Global Select and NYSE, Equity – and two indices – Standard and Poor's 500 and NASDAQ-100 INDEX; - accounting of securities at the moment of opening trades in them on KASE is carried out by Central Securities Depository JSC; - any KASE member of the "stock" category is the initiator of admission of the shares; - for shares there must be a positive expert opinion of the Exchange's division responsible for management of liquidity of the central counterparty and settlement of defaults.
