/KASE, August 25, 2018/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) as of August 25, 2018 securities of Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty)
removed from KASE official list:
- Common shares KZ1C36110019 (KZ000A0LGXR8, KASE main market,
category "standard", EXBN);
- Preferred shares KZ1P36110115 (KZ000A0LGVG5, KASE main market,
category "standrad", EXBNp);
- Bonds KZP01Y10E988 (KZ2C00003325, KASE main market, category
"bonds", EXBNb4);
- Bonds KZP02Y05E986 (KZ2C00003929, KASE main market, category
"bonds", EXBNb5).
The KASE conclusion on July 19, 2018 it was noted that Eximbank Kazakhstan
defaulted on payment of interest for the second coupon period (from December
4, 2017 to June 3, 2018) on bonds KZP02Y05E986 (KZ2C00003929, EXBNb5),
and also did not submit a plan of measures to eliminate the grounds for
transferring its securities to the "buffer" category.
In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 35 of the Requirements for
issuers and their securities admitted to circulation on the stock exchange, as
well as to certain categories of the stock exchange list approved by the
Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.
54 of March 27, 2017, the issuer's securities are subject to delisting in the
event of issuer default on payment of interest on their obligations and failure
of the issuer to provide the action plan provided for in paragraph 20 of the
said Claims.
Based on the above and in accordance with sub-item 2) of item 1 of chapter 3 of
appendix 2.2 to KASE's internal document "Listing Rules", these shares were
delisted.
