As of October 28 bonds KZP01Y07D747 (KZ2C00000420, IMSKb3) of Imstalcon removed from KASE official list

/KASE, October 28, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing commission as of October 28, 2016 bonds KZP01Y07D747 (KZ2C00000420, KASE official list, category "buffer category", IMSKb3) of Imstalcon (Almaty) were removed from KASE official list. In KASE's conclusion dated October 12, 2016 it is said that Imstalcon committed default on payment of interest for the 12th coupon period (from March 8 to September 7, 2016) on said bonds. In accordance with sub-item 5) of item 26 of the Requirements for Issuers and their Securities (being) Admitted to Circulation on the Stock Exchange, as well as for Particular Categories of the Stock Exchange List approved by a resolution No. 189 of the Management Board of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2014, securities of an issuer are subject to delisting in case of default of the issuer on his obligations during the presence of his securities in category "buffer category", if the issuer's Board of Directors did not take a decision on restructuring the obligations Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" said bonds were removed from KASE official list Said bonds were included in KASE official list's category "Rated Debt Securities" on September 8, 2010; on January 1, 2015 they were transferred to category "other debt securities" of KASE official list.
