KASE as yet has no information on TEMA Ko. paying 16th coupon on bonds KZ2C0Y06D750 (KZ2C00001683, TEMAb2)

/KASE, May 27, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that in accordance with the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010 – May 14, 2016; semi-annual coupon 13.50 % p.a.; 30/360) of TEMA Ko. (Almaty) payment of the coupon interest to holders of the mentioned bonds has to be carried out within ten calendar days from the date following the registry fixing date. The registry fixing date for payment of the 16th coupon on the said bonds is May 13, 2014. The coupon payment has to be made from May 14 to 23 inclusive. Currently KASE has no official information from TEMA Ko. regarding payment or non-payment of the mentioned coupon and sent to TEMA Ko. respective enquiry. [2014-05-27]
