BTA Bank (Kazakhstan) intends to conclude non-arm's length deals with Temir Capital B.V. and TuranAlem Finance B.V.

/KASE, July 29, 13/ – JSC "BTA Bank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed
KASE of the following:

Hereby JSC "BTA Bank" (hereinafter – the Bank) notifies you of its intention to
conclude non-arm's deals with persons related to the Bank by a special
relationship:
1. a deal with Temir Capital B.V. by way of signing an Agreement on a bank
account in the foreign currency (Euro) on terms corresponding to tariff
limits, in accordance with the Rules of general terms of conducting bank and
other transactions in JSC "BTA Bank", approved by the Board of Directors of
JSC "BTA Bank";
2. a deal with TuranAlem Finance B.V by way of signing an Agreement on a bank
account in the foreign currency (Euro) on terms corresponding to tariff
limits, in accordance with the Rules of general terms of conducting bank and
other transactions in JSC "BTA Bank", approved by the Board of Directors of
JSC "BTA Bank".
The decision on conclusion of those deals was taken by the Bank's Board of
Directors on July 19, 2013.
