A. JOLDASBEKOV IS APPOINTED KASE PRESIDENT

/KASE, June 27, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors dated June 27, 2013 Azamat Joldasbekov has been appointed the President of KASE with the term of office of three years. A. Joldasbekov is a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director of JSC "Temirbank", a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director of JSC "Accumulative pension fund "UlarUmit"", Chairman of Board of Directors, an independent director of JSC "Central Securities Depository". Since May 30, 2012 A. Joldasbekov has been a member of KASE Board of Directors. As of July 1, 2013 KASE Management Board will consist of four persons: A. Joldasbekov (President), I. Sabitov (First Vice-president), A. Tsalyuk (Vice-president), N. Khoroshevskaya (director of the Department for Information and Analysis). [2013-06-27]
