Shareholders of JSC Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Plant decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2009

/IRBIS, August 10, 2010/ - JSC Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Combine (Ust-Kamenogorsk, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of the minutes of the annual general meeting of shareholders company from August 3, 2010. According to documents submitted shareholders of the company took the following decisions: - approve the annual financial statements of the company for the year 2009; - net income for 2009 in the amount of KZT127,906 thousand allocated as follows: - KZT 18,453 - Dividend; - KZT109,453 thousand - by investing in modernization, scientific research and the acquisition of fixed assets of the company; - to pay dividends for 2009: - Assessment of a dividend of KZT9 per share; - start date of dividend payment - August 27, 2010; - The date of receipt of the register of shareholders for the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends - August 17, 2010; - paying dividends to shareholders - individuals make in cash at the company, legal persons - non-cash; - approve LLP "Deloitte" as the auditor of the company in 2010.
