The KASE-prepared opinion of May 20, 2010 says Alliance Bank provided KASE with an official letter dated May 7, 2010 No. 07-3/5551 with a request on delisting of the securities from KASE after on April 28, 2010 the Almaty special financial court made a decision to finish the restructuring of Alliance Bank as the bank completed measures specified in its restructuring plan. The decision is effective May 18, 2010. According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On banks and banking activities in Kazakhstan" dated August 31, 1995 in case of termination of the restructuring of the bank in connection with completion of the measures, specified in the restructuring plan, the bank liabilities included in the restructuring plan will be considered as fulfilled, and proceedings on courts decisions will be terminated. On the basis of the mentioned above and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing rules" the securities of Alliance Bank and ALB Finance B.V. are de-listed.
