/KASE, January 12, 10/ - Kazneftehim (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that on January 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. starts the company shareholders annual general meeting with the following agenda: - approval of the company 2008 annual financial statements; - distribution of the company 2008 net income, dividends payment and defining of its size per common share; - considering of shareholders appeals to the company and its officials actions and consideration results.
