From December 28, 2009, common shares KZ1C52350010 (ORNK) of Ornek XXI (Kazakhstan) are excluded from KASE official list

/KASE, December 28, 09/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from December 28, 2009 common shares KZ1C52350010 (ORNK) of Ornek XXI (Almaty Region) are excluded from KASE official list. In the KASE conclusion of November 19, 2009 it is noted that the basis for these bonds delisting is non-observance by Ornek XXI of information disclosure requirements, set forth by the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" and the agreement on listing of corporate serial securities of June 21, 2005, signed between Ornek XXI and KASE (hereinafter - the agreement), and the debt of Ornek XXI on annual listing fees payment. As of the Listing Commission meeting date Ornek XXI did not submitted to KASE the auditors' report on consolidated financial statements for 2008, which violates the requirements of sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 27 of Listing Rules, and the agreement item 6. Based on the above said shares were de-listed. Shares were include to the KASE category "B" official list on June 27, 2005, from August 2, 2006 were transferred KASE category "A" official list, and from September 1, 2008 were transferred to KASE official list second category, and from January 30, 2009 to KASE official list third category. Trades were opened on July 1, 2005. During shares circulation the deals price by open trades methods varied from KZT1.00 to KZT10.06 per share. [2009-12-28]
