AFS approves report on placement of bonds KZ2CKY05B273 (KZNHb2) of Kazneftehim (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 23, 09/ - Kazneftehim (Almaty), bonds of which are listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated November 11, 2009. According to the document AFS approved the placement of indexed to devaluation of tenge to dollar bonds KZ2CKY05B273 (KASE, "buffer category"; KZNHb2; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; 18.02.05 - 18.02.10, semiannual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Kazneftehim.
