KASE held "Otbasy Bank Issuer’s Day"
On July 5, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange held “Otbasy Bank Issuer’s Day” with participation of Lyazzat Ibragimova, Chairperson of the Management Board of Otbasy Bank JSC.
Lyazzat Ibragimova provided participants of the event with up-to-date information about 2023 financial performance of Otbasy Bank, planned bond issues of the Bank and plans for implementation of housing projects.
Zaura Zhumabayeva, Head of the Department for Monitoring and Regulation of Securities Issuers of the ARDFM, delivered a welcome speech at the “Otbasy Bank Issuer’sDay”.
Moderator was Deputy Chairman of the KASE Board Yermek Mazhekenov.
Otbasy Bank JSC is the only bank in Kazakhstan that implements a system of housing construction savings. The HCS system is designed to improve living conditions of people in Kazakhstan by attracting money from investors in housing construction deposits and providing them with housing loans. The Bank also cooperates with private developers to sell housing through the housing savings system.
