Webinar on “Capital Management of the company and ways to attract financing depending on the stage of development of the company"

On June 17th 2022 at 15:00 KASE held a webinar "Capital management of the company and ways to attract financing depending on the stage of development of the company". This webinar is the second webinar of the training program "Raising financing on KASE", conducted in order to increase the financial literacy of entrepreneurs and increase their awareness of stock market instruments for business financing.

The speaker at the webinar was Anna Nazarenko, Head of the Analysis Department of the Department of Information and Statistics, who spoke about international and local practices of choosing the optimal capital structure, the impact of micro and macro factors on deviation from the optimal capital structure, as well as how to independently calculate a fair financing rate.
