Webinar "Listing on KASE"

On April 29, 2022 at 11:00 o'clock, KASE will hold a free training webinar "Listing on KASE" for companies wishing to issue and place securities on the stock exchange.

The webinar will cover the following topics:
- preparation for listing from scratch (legislation, listing rules, procedures, fees);
- the main stages of listing;
- requirements for the content of documents, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
- features of online listing, etc.

Speakers:

- Alla Maletskaya, Director of KASE's Listing Department. She started her career at KASE as a specialist, having gone through all stages of growth in the Listing Department. At KASE, she is responsible for listing procedures and formation of lists of securities.

- Zhuldyzgul Mazhirina, Deputy Director, Head of the Foreign Securities Section of KASE's Listing Department. With more than 13 years of experience in the Listing Department, she is also responsible for the implementation of listing procedures and the formation of lists of securities at KASE.

- Anzhelika Yarmukhamedova, expert-auditor of KASE's Listing Department. The total work experience is more than 5 years, including experience in external audit in "BIG4". At KASE, she is responsible for the formation of the list of audit organizations recognized by KASE, as well as for monitoring the financial statements of issuers whose securities are included or are supposed to be included in KASE official list.
