Online round table "Raising capital on the stock market" (November 19)
KASE is holding a round table on November 19, 2021 from 15:00 to 16:45 (UTC+6), in the format of an online conference via ZOOM.
During the round table, entrepreneurs and company executives will get acquainted with the possibilities of raising financing through the instruments of the stock market. The company's entry into the stock market is an important stage in the company's development, which creates new opportunities for business development. The company itself determines the most convenient ways for it to raise financing: issue of shares or issue of bonds.
KASE representatives will tell in detail about the instruments of financing through the stock market, which will allow the company to increase capital for the development and implementation of plans and will tell about the criteria for admission to the stock exchange.
Representatives of the akimdik, regional representatives of EDF "Damu" JSC and heads of companies in the region, and especially employees of financial and legal departments of companies, are invited to participate in the round table.
