Seminar "Interaction with investors in new realities"
On November 9, 2020 at 15:00 o’clock KASE held an online seminar in Zoom for all interested people on the subject "Interaction with investors in new realities".
The purpose of the seminar is to provide employees of Kazakh companies with an idea about the role, significance and international practices of building the Investor Relations (IR) system within the company.
Speakers of the seminar presented key aspects of information disclosure to increase investor interest in the company and key channels of communication with investors. The training program allowed listeners to gain practical knowledge of the use of the investor relations concept, as well as their application in new realities.

Gradislava Akhmetova
She is the founder and has been the CEO of the consulting company "Governance & Management Consulting" since July 2011. In the period from 2009 to 2011 she worked as a consultant in the International Finance Corporation's Central Asia Corporate Governance Project (International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group). Expert on corporate governance issues.
Nikita Pavlov
In 2008, he worked as a capital market analyst in the Russia’s banking sector. Then – at BCS, Russia’s largest brokerage firm, where he was responsible for sale of capital market products. He worked in the analytical field of RBC, supervised the analysis of second-tier stocks and debt markets. Since 2011 he has been working for Refinitiv, where he supervises the sales in Eastern Europe and the CIS, as well as the special area of Lipper.
Victor Litvinov
He has been working at the Exchange for over 12 years and heads the Monitoring Department. He is in charge of the compliance by issuers and members of the Exchange with their obligations to disclose information, as well as the compliance of securities and their issuers, members of the Exchange with the established requirements.
