KASE Issuer Day dedicated to Kcell
On January 9, 2018 Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE) held an “Issuer Day” dedicated to Kcell JSC on the occasion of the planned issue and placement of bonds of this company.
The purpose of the "Issuer's Day" at KASE is to increase investor interest in the issuer and establish feedback of the issuer with its shareholders. Such events are held on an ongoing basis for all KASE issuers whose securities are liquid and, accordingly, for which investors may have questions.
The event was attended by representatives of Kcell JSC, the current market maker of Kcell JSC shares - Halyk Finance Subsidiary Organization of Kazakhstan JSC, and Tengri Capital MB JSC, the underwriter of the planned first issue of bonds of Kcell JSC.
In addition, representatives of brokerage companies, large shareholders of Kcell JSC and representatives of the leading business media of Kazakhstan were at the meeting.
