KASE awarded the most distinguished Exchange members and listed companies based on Y2011 performance

On May 30, 2012 KASE conducted a ceremony of awarding the most distinguished Exchange members and listed companies based on their performance in 2011.

Based on Y2011 performance, "golden" and "silver" diplomas were handed in to the following Exchange members in the following nominations:

"Leader of exchange market for government securities":

• JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" - "golden" diploma
• JSC "Eurasian Capital" - "silver" diploma

"Leader of exchange market for shares":

• JSC "Centras Securities" - "golden" diploma
• JSC "ASYL-INVEST" - "silver" diploma

"Leader of exchange market for corporate bonds":

• JSC "Centras Securities" - "golden" diploma
• JSC "Managing Company "ORDA Capital" - "silver" diploma

"Leader of repo market transactions":

• JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" - "golden" diploma
• JSC "OCOIMPA "Zhetysu" - "silver" diploma

"Leading financial advisor"

JSC "Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance".

The winners were defined following a decision of KASE Management Board of April 10, 2012 in accordance with the Rules on annual rewarding of best performing exchange members.


Based on Y2011 performance, diplomas "For Pursuit of Transparency" were handed in to the following listed companies in the following groups:

"Listed companies of the financial sector of economy":

• JSC "Kazkommertsbank"
• JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan"

"Listed companies of the industrial, commodity and energy sectors of economy":

• JSC "KazMunaiGas Exploration Production"
• KAZAKHMYS PLС

"Listed companies of other sectors of economy":

• JSC "Kazakhtelecom"

The mentioned award winners were acknowledged as such following a decision of KASE Management Board of April 10, 2012 in accordance with the Rules on annual rewarding of listing companies.
