/KASE, May 6, 2024/ – Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that A.
Saidenov quit the bank's Board of Directors of his own accord.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Bereke Bank
JSC consists of six persons: A. Yelemessov, M. Madiyev, M. Nuridenuly, V. Son,
A. Timchenko, Y. Khamitov.
